الترجمة الإنجليزية
Rabi'ah ibn 'Ibad al-Dayli, who lived in the pre-Islamic era, said: I saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the marketplace of Dhu al-Majaz walking among the people and saying: "O people, say 'There is no god but Allah' and you will succeed." The people were gathered around him, and behind him was a man with a bright face and two braids who would say: "He is an apostate, a liar." I asked: "Who is that?" They said: "Abu Lahab, his uncle."
