Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3878 [Machine] That the Prophet صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ resided in the lower part of his house, and I was in the room. So I poured water in the room, and I and Umm Ayub followed the water with concern that it might reach the Prophet Therefore, I went down to the Prophet I said, "O Messenger of Allah! It is not appropriate for us to be above you. Please come to the room." So the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ commanded for his belongings, and they were moved, and his belongings were few. I said, "O Messenger of Allah! You used to send us food, and I would see your fingerprints on it, so I would put my hand in it until it became the food that you sent me. But this time, I looked at it, and I did not see your fingerprints." So the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said, "Indeed, there was an onion in it, and I disliked eating it because of the angel that comes to me. But as for you, you can eat it."
