Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3432 حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ النَّضْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مِقْسَمٍ مَوْلَى هُذَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَدِمَ هُوَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ فِي سَفِينَةٍ وَمَعَهُ فَرَسٌ أَبْلَقُ فَلَمَّا أُرْسِلُوا وَجَدُوا إِبِلًا كَثِيرَةً مِنْ إِبِلِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَأَخَذُوهَا فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَبُو مَالِكٍ أَنْ يَنْحَرُوا مِنْهَا بَعِيرًا فَيَسْتَعِينُوا بِهَا ثُمَّ مَضَى عَلَى قَدَمَيْهِ حَتَّى قَدِمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَهُ بَسَفَرِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ وَالْإِبِلِ الَّذِي أَصَابُوا ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ الَّذِينَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَعْطِنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْإِبِلِ فَقَالَ «اذْهَبُوا إِلَى أَبِي مَالِكٍ» فَلَمَّا أَتَوْهُ قَسَّمَهَا أَخْمَاسًا خُمْسًا بَعَثَ بِهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَخَذَ ثُلُثَ الْبَاقِي بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ فَقَسَمَهُ بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِهِ وَالثُّلُثَيْنِ الْبَاقِيَيْنِ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَقُسِمَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَجَاءُوا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالُوا مَا رَأَيْنَا مِثْلَ مَا صَنَعَ أَبُو مَالِكٍ بِهَذَا الْمَغْنَمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَوْ كُنْتُ أَنَا مَا صَنَعْتُ إِلَّا كَمَا صَنَعَ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrated Abu Malik al-Ash'ari: He arrived with his companions in a ship, and he had a piebald horse. When they disembarked, they found many camels belonging to the polytheists and seized them. Abu Malik ordered them to slaughter a camel to sustain themselves, then he went on foot to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and informed him of his journey, his companions, and the camels they had captured. Then he returned to his companions. Those near the Messenger of Allah said, 'Give us from these camels, O Messenger of Allah.' He said, 'Go to Abu Malik.' When they came to him, he divided the camels into fifths: one fifth he sent to the Messenger of Allah, he took a third of the remainder and divided it among his companions, and the remaining two-thirds he distributed among the other Muslims. They came to the Messenger of Allah and said, 'We have never seen anyone do what Abu Malik did with this spoil.' The Messenger of Allah said, 'Had it been me, I would not have done anything differently from what Abu Malik did.'
