Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:12228 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا الْغَلَابِيُّ ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ جَاءَ الْعَبَّاسُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّكَ تَرَكْتَ فِينَا ضَغَائِنَ مُنْذُ صَنَعْتَ الَّذِي صَنَعْتَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا يَبْلُغُوا الْخَيْرَ حَتَّى يُحِبُّوكُمْ لِلَّهِ وَلِقَرَابَتِي أَتَرْجُو سلهبُ شَفَاعَتِي حَيٌّ مِنْ مُرَادٍ وَلَا يَرْجُوهَا بَنُو عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Abbas said: Al-Abbas came to the Prophet ♂ and said: "You have left among us resentments since you did what you did." The Prophet ♂ said: "They will not attain goodness until they love you for the sake of Allah and for my kinship. Do the Sulayhab hope for my intercession - a clan from Murad - while the sons of Abd al-Muttalib do not hope for it?"
