الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Abbas said: I spent the night at my aunt Maymunah bint al-Harith's house. The Prophet ♂ got up at night, attended to his need, then came and washed his face and hands. Then he got up to pray at night and went to the water-skin. He performed an ablution between two ablutions - not excessive but thorough. I tiptoed quietly, not wanting him to see that I was watching him. Then I got up and did as he did. I stood at his left side, and he took me by what is near my ear and turned me around so that I was on his right side while he was praying. His prayer totaled thirteen rak'ahs, including the two rak'ahs of Fajr. Then he lay down and slept until he snored. Then Bilal came and informed him of the prayer. He got up and prayed without performing ablution.
