Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11923 حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ حِمْدَانَ الْحَنَفِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ تَحَلَّمَ بِحُلْمٍ لَمْ يَرَهُ أُمِرَ أَنْ يَعْقِدَ بَيْنَ شَعِيرَتَيْنِ وَمَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً أُمِرَ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا وَمَنْ تَسَمَّعَ إِلَى حَدِيثِ قَوْمٍ وَهُمْ يَفِرُّونَ مِنْهُ جُعِلَ الْآنُكُ فِي أُذُنِهِ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Abbas reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: 'Whoever claims to have had a dream that he did not actually see will be ordered to tie a knot between two barley grains (and will never be able to). Whoever makes an image will be ordered to breathe life into it (and will never be able to). And whoever eavesdrops on people's conversation while they flee from him, molten lead will be poured into his ears.'
