Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11206 حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثنا أَبِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «رَخَّصَ لِلْحَائِضِ أَنْ تَصْدُرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطُوفَ إِذَا كَانَتْ قَدْ طَافَتْ»

Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) permitted the menstruating woman to depart (from Makkah) before performing the farewell tawaf if she had already performed the obligatory tawaf.
