عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "إذا دعي أحدكم ، فليجب، فإن كان صائما فليصل، وإن كان مفطراً فليطعم" .((رواه مسلم))
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "When any of you is invited to a meal, he should accept the invitation. If he is observing Saum (fasting), he should supplicate for the betterment of the host and if he is not fasting, he should eat." .
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کسی کو (کھانے پر) بلایا جائے تو قبول کرے۔ اگر روزے سے ہو تو (میزبان کے لیے) دعا کرے اور اگر روزے سے نہ ہو تو کھا لے۔ (مسلم)
