وعنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول “من خلع يداً من طاعة لقي الله يوم القيامة ولا حجة له، ومن مات وليس في عنقه بيعة مات ميتة جاهلية” ((رواه مسلم)). وفي رواية له: “ومن مات وهو مفارق للجماعة، فإنه يموت ميتة جاهلية” ((رواه مسلم)). وفي رواية له: “ومن مات وهو مفارق للجماعة، فإنه يموت ميتة جاهلية”.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them) reported:Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "One who withdraws his hand from obedience (to the Amir) will find no argument (in his defense) when he stands before Allah on the Day of Resurrection; and one who dies without having sworn allegiance will die the death of one belonging to the Days of Ignorance.".Another narration is: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "He who dies having defected from obedience (to the Amir) and discards his association with the main body of the (Muslim) community, dies the death of one belonging to the Days of Jahiliyyah."
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: جو شخص اطاعت سے ہاتھ کھینچے وہ قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ سے ملے گا اور اس کے پاس کوئی حجت نہ ہوگی، اور جو اس حال میں مرے کہ اس کی گردن میں بیعت نہ ہو تو وہ جاہلیت کی موت مرا۔ (مسلم) ایک اور روایت میں ہے: جو جماعت سے الگ ہو کر مرے تو اس کی موت جاہلیت کی موت ہے۔
