أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ مَيْمُونَةَ، زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ مَنْ صَلَّى فِي مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " الصَّلاَةُ فِيهِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلاَةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ إِلاَّ مَسْجِدَ الْكَعْبَةِ " .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It is narrated from Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with him) that Hadrat Maimunah the wife of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:"Whoever prays in the Masjid of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) (that is good), for I heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: ' One prayer offered there is better than a thousand prayers offered elsewhere, except the Masjid of the Sacred Ka'bah
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین میمونہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ جس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی مسجد میں نماز پڑھی تو میں نے اس کے متعلق آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو کہتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ: اس مسجد میں نماز پڑھنا دوسری مسجدوں میں نماز پڑھنے سے ہزار گنا افضل ہے، سوائے خانہ کعبہ کے ۱؎۔
