أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَيُّكُمْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ أَوْ نَخْلٌ فَلاَ يَبِعْهَا حَتَّى يَعْرِضَهَا عَلَى شَرِيكِهِ " .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It is narrated from Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:"Any one of you who has land, or date palm trees, he should not sell them until he offers them to his partner first
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تم میں سے جس کی زمین یا کھجور کے درخت ہوں تو وہ انہیں اپنے شریک کو پیش کیے بغیر نہ بیچے۔
