أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، كَانَ فِي عُقْدَتِهِ ضَعْفٌ كَانَ يُبَايِعُ وَأَنَّ أَهْلَهُ أَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ احْجُرْ عَلَيْهِ . فَدَعَاهُ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَنَهَاهُ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لاَ أَصْبِرُ عَنِ الْبَيْعِ . قَالَ " إِذَا بِعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ " .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It is narrated from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) that:there was a man whose mental faculties were lacking, and he used to buy and sell. His family came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and submitted: "O the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah stop him." So the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah called him, and told him not to do that. He submitted: "O the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah, I cannot bear to be away from business," He said "If you engaged in a deal then say: 'There is no intention to deceive. "' (Sahih)
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص تھا جس کی عقل میں کمزوری تھی اور وہ خرید و فروخت کرتا تھا۔ اس کے گھر والے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس آئے اور عرض کیا: یا نبی اللہ! اس پر پابندی لگا دیجئے۔ تو نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اسے بلایا اور منع فرمایا۔ اس نے عرض کیا: یا نبی اللہ! میں بیع سے صبر نہیں کر سکتا۔ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تو بیع کرے تو کہہ: دھوکا نہیں ہے (لا خلابۃ)۔
