Narrated the Mother of the Believers ('A'isha the Truthful) (may Allah be pleased with her): I said, "O Messenger of Allah! The people will return from Mecca with two acts of worship (that is, Hajj and 'Umra separately), while I will return with one act of worship." So he (peace be upon him) said, "Wait; when you are pure, go to al-Tan'im and call out the Talbiya, and then meet us at such-and-such a place." I think that he (peace be upon him) said, "On tomorrow's day. And the reward of this 'Umra of yours is in proportion to your hardship and expense."
الترجمة الأردية
ام المؤمنین (عائشہ صدیقہ) رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہمیں نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! لوگ مکہ سے دو عبادتوں (یعنی حج اور عمرہ جداگانہ) کے ساتھ لوٹیں گے اور میں ایک عبادت کے ساتھ لوٹوں گی تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ تم ٹھہرو جب تم پاک ہو گی تو تنعیم کو جانا اور لبیک پکارنا اور پھر ہم سے فلاں فلاں مقام میں ملنا۔ میں گمان کرتا ہوں کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ کل کے روز۔ اور تمہارے اس عمرہ کا ثواب تمہاری تکلیف اور خرچ کے موافق ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 761]
