Al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: No one asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) as much about the Dajjal as I asked, so that he (peace be upon him) said, "Why do you worry about him? The Dajjal will not harm you." I said, "O Messenger of Allah! People say that with him there will be food and rivers?" He (peace be upon him) said, "There will be, but that is easier for Allah the Exalted than that (Allah the Exalted can give him even more than that; what difficulty is there for Him? That is, whatever he has, he will not be able to lead the believers astray with it)."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے کسی نے دجال کے بارے میں اتنا نہیں پوچھا جتنا میں نے پوچھا۔ حتیٰ کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ تو کیوں فکر کرتا ہے؟ دجال تجھے نقصان نہ پہنچائے گا۔ میں نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ اس کے ساتھ کھانا ہو گا اور نہریں ہوں گی؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ ہو گا، لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ پر تو اس سے زیادہ آسان ہے (اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو اس سے بھی زیادہ اختیار دے سکتا ہے اس پر کیا مشکل ہے، یعنی جو اس کے پاس ہو گا وہ اس سے مومنوں کو گمراہ نہ کر سکے گا)[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2051]
