Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Charity does not decrease wealth, and the servant who forgives, Allah, the Exalted, increases his honor, and the servant who humbles himself for the sake of Allah, the Exalted, Allah raises his rank."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے روایت کرتے ہیں کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: صدقہ دینے سے کوئی مال نہیں گھٹتا اور جو بندہ معاف کر دیتا ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی عزت بڑھاتا ہے اور جو بندہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے لئے عاجزی کرتا ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ اس کا درجہ بلند کر دیتا ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1790]
