It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prayed for the forgiveness of the Ansar, and also prayed for forgiveness for the offspring of the Ansar and for their freed slaves.

سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے انصار کی بخشش کے لئے اور انصار کی اولاد اور ان کے غلاموں کے لئے بھی بخشش کی دعا کی۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1726]
