Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came out of the privy, and food was brought. The people reminded him about ablution, but he said: "Am I about to pray, that I should perform ablution?"

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمبیت الخلاء سے نکلے اور کھانا لایا گیا۔ لوگوں نے آپ کو وضو یاد دلایا تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ کیا میں نماز پڑھنے لگا ہوں جو وضو کروں؟[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 170]
