Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I am the nearest of all people to Isa (peace be upon him) in both this world and the Hereafter." People said, "O Messenger of Allah, how so?" He (peace be upon him) said, "The prophets are like sons of one father from different mothers; their religion is one, and there is no prophet between me and him." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1618]
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: میں عیسیٰ علیہ السلام سے دنیا اور آخرت دونوں جگہ میں سب سے زیادہ نزدیک ہوں۔ لوگوں نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! کس طرح؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ پیغمبر ایک باپ کے بیٹوں کی طرح ہیں جن کی مائیں الگ الگ ہیں، ان کا دین ایک ہی ہے اور میرے اور ان کے بیچ میں اور کوئی نبی نہیں ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1618]
