Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) took hold of my hand, then said, "Allah created the soil on Saturday (that is, the earth), and on Sunday He created the mountains in it, and on Monday He created the trees, and on Tuesday He created things of labor (such as iron and so forth), and on Wednesday He created light, and on Thursday He spread the animals in the earth, and He created Adam (peace be upon him) on Friday after the Asr, the last of the creatures and in the last hour of Friday, from the Asr until night." الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے میرا ہاتھ پکڑا، پھر فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ نے مٹی کو ہفتہ کے دن پیدا کیا (یعنی زمین کو) اور اتوار کے دن اس میں پہاڑوں کو پیدا کیا اور پیر کے دن درختوں کو پیدا کیا اور کام کاج کی چیزیں (جیسے لوہا وغیرہ) منگل کو پیدا کیں اور بدھ کے دن نور کو پیدا کیا اور جمعرات کے دن زمین میں جانور پھیلائے اور سیدنا آدم علیہ السلام کو جمعہ کے دن عصر کے بعد بنایا، سب سے آخر مخلوقات میں اور جمعہ کی سب سے آخر ساعات میں عصر سے لے کر رات تک۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1605]
