It is narrated from Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) and his (peace be upon him) Companions were at (the place) al-Zawra {and al-Zawra is a place in Medina near the mosque and the market}. He (peace be upon him) asked for a bowl of water and put his palm into it, and water began gushing forth from between his (peace be upon him) fingers, and all the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) performed ablution. Qatadah said: I said to Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), "O Abu Hamzah! How many men were you at that time?" Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "We were about three hundred."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے اصحاب (مقام) زوراء میں تھے { اور زوراء مدینہ میں مسجد اور بازار کے نزدیک ایک مقام ہے } آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے پانی کا ایک پیالہ منگوایا اور اپنی ہتھیلی اس میں رکھ دی، تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی انگلیوں کے درمیان سے پانی پھوٹنے لگا اور تمام اصحاب رضی اللہ عنہم نے وضو کر لیا۔ قتادہ نے کہا کہ میں نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا کہ اے ابوحمزہ! اس وقت آپ کتنے آدمی ہوں گے؟ سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ تین سو کے قریب تھے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1529]
