Hadrat Imran b. Husain reported that a woman from Juhaina came to Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and she had become pregnant because of adultery. She said:Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), I have done something for which (prescribed punishment) must be imposed upon me, so impose that. Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) called her master and said: Treat her well, and when she delivers bring her to me. He did accordingly. Then Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) pronounced judgment about her and her clothes were tied around her and then he commanded and she was stoned to death. He then prayed over her (dead body). Thereupon Umar said to him: Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), you offer prayer for her, whereas she had committed adultery! Thereupon he said: She has made such a repentance that if it were to be divided among seventy men of Medina, it would be enough. Have you found any repentance better than this that she sacr ficed her life for Allah, the Majestic?
الترجمة الأردية
ہشام نے مجھے یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر سے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : مجھے ابوقلابہ نے حدیث بیان کی کہ انہیں ابومہلب نے حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے حدیث بیان کی کہ قبیلہ جہینہ کی ایک عورت نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس آئی ، وہ زنا سے حاملہ تھی ، اس نے کہا : اللہ کے رسول! میں ( شرعی ) حد کی مستحق ہو گئی ہوں ، آپ وہ حد مجھ پر نافذ فرمائیں ۔ نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس کے ولی کو بلوایا اور فرمایا : " اس کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کرو ، جب یہ بچے کو جنم دے تو اسے میرے پاس لے آنا ۔ " اس نے ایسا ہی کیا ۔ پھر نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس کے بارے میں حکم دیا تو اس کے کپڑے اس پر کس کر باندھ دیے گئے ، پھر آپ نے حکم دیا تو اسے رجم کر دیا گیا ، پھر آپ نے اس کی نماز جنازہ پڑھائی ۔ تو حضرت عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے آپ سے عرض کی : اللہ کے نبی! آپ اس کی نماز جنازہ پڑھائیں گے حالانکہ اس نے زنا کیا ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا : " اس نے یقینا ایسی توبہ کی ہے کہ اگر اہل مدینہ کے ستر گھروں کے درمیان تقسیم کر دی جائے تو ان کے لیے بھی کافی ہو جائے گی ۔ اور کیا تم نے اس سے بہتر ( کوئی ) توبہ دیکھی ہے کہ اس نے اللہ ( کو راضی کرنے ) کے لیے اپنی جان قربان کر دی ہے
