وَعَن أنس وَأبي طَلْحَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَقْرِئْ قَوْمَكَ السَّلَامَ فَإِنَّهُمْ مَا علمت أَعِفَّةٌ صُبُرٌ». رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "May Allah have mercy on Abu Bakr; he married his daughter to me and carried me to the land of emigration. May Allah have mercy on 'Umar; he speaks the truth even when it is bitter. May Allah have mercy on 'Uthman; the angels are shy of him. May Allah have mercy on 'Ali; O Allah, turn the truth with him wherever he turns." Reported by Tirmidhi. This hadith has been mentioned before.
الترجمة الأردية
انس رضی اللہ عنہ، ابوطلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں، انہوں نے کہا، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے مجھے فرمایا:”اپنی قوم کو سلام کہو، کیونکہ وہ سوال کرنے سے پرہیز کرتے ہیں اور لڑائی کے وقت صبر کرتے ہیں۔“اسنادہ ضعیف، رواہ الترمذی۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب المناقب/حدیث: 6251]
