عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ فِي هَذَا الشَّأْن مسلمهم تبع مسلمهم وكافرهم تبع لكافرهم». مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "I have been given superiority over the other prophets in six things: I have been given comprehensive speech; I have been aided by fear (cast into the hearts of the enemy); spoils of war have been made lawful for me; the earth has been made a place of prayer and a means of purification for me; I have been sent to all of mankind; and the line of prophets has been sealed with me." Reported by Muslim.
الترجمة الأردية
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”اس (دین یا خلافت) کے معاملے میں لوگ قریش کے تابع ہیں، ان (لوگوں) کے مسلمان، قریشی مسلمانوں کے تابع ہیں، اور ان (عام لوگوں) کے کافر، ان (قریش کے) کافروں کے تابع ہیں۔“متفق علیہ۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب المناقب/حدیث: 5979]
