عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: لَعَنَ رسولُ الله المحلّلَ والمُحلَّلَ لَهُ. رَوَاهُ الدَّارمِيّ وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَعقبَة بن عَامر
الترجمة الإنجليزية
‘Abdallah b. Mas'ud said that God’s Messenger cursed the man who made a woman lawful for her first husband and the one for whom she was made lawful.* * This refers to an arrangement to marry a divorced woman and to divorce her after having intercourse so that the one who had divorced her might remarry her. Darimi transmitted it, and Ibn Majah transmitted it on the authority of 'Ali Ibn ‘Abbas and ‘Uqba b. ‘Amir.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے محلّل اور محلّل لہ (یعنی حلالہ کرنے والے اور جس کے لیے حلالہ کیا جائے) پر لعنت فرمائی۔ (دارمی) ابن ماجہ نے اسے حضرت علی، حضرت ابن عباس اور حضرت عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہم سے روایت کیا ہے۔
