581 صحيح حديث جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: بَلَغَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَجُلاً مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ أَعْتَقَ غُلاَمًا عنْ دُبُرٍ، لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرَهُ، فَبَاعَهُ بِثَمَانِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، ثُمَّ أَرْسَلَ بِثَمَنِهِ إِلَيْهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrated Jabir: It reached the Prophet (peace be upon him) that a man from his Companions had freed a slave in advance (upon his death), and he had no other property. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Who will buy him from me?" Nu'aym ibn Abdullah bought him for eight hundred dirhams. The Prophet (peace be upon him) handed over the money and said: "Start with yourself and give charity to yourself. If anything remains, give to your family. If anything remains after your family, give to your relatives. If anything remains, then like this and this and this" — meaning in front of you, to your right, and to your left.
الترجمة الأردية
«مُدَبَّر»سے مراد یہ ہے کہ غلام کی آزادی اپنی موت سے مشروط کر لیتا ہے۔ چونکہ غلام کے علاوہ اس کا مال نہیں تھا، اس لیے اسے بیچ دیا اور پھر دیکھا کہ اس نے تمام مال خرچ کر دیا ہے جس کے سبب ہلاکت میں واقع ہو رہا تھا، اس لیے اس کے قول کو باطل قرار دیا اور اسے توڑ دیا۔ (مرتب رحمہ اللہ)[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الزكاة/حدیث: 581]
