1112 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَالبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a drunk man was brought to the Prophet (peace be upon him). He said: "Beat him." Abu Hurayrah said: Some of us beat him with their hands, some with their shoes, and some with their garments. When he turned to leave, some people said: "May Allah disgrace you!" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Do not say that. Do not help Satan against him."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جانور سے جو نقصان پہنچے اس کا کچھ بدلہ نہیں، اور کنویں کا بھی یہی حال ہے، اور کان کا بھی یہی حال ہے، اور رکاز میں سے پانچواں حصہ لیا جائے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الحدود/حدیث: 1112]
