وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ، وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" لِسُرَادِقِ النَّارِ أَرْبَعَةُ جُدُرٍ، كُثُفُ، كُلِّ جِدَارٍ مَسِيرَةُ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً".
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The example of a believer is like that of a fresh green plant; the wind tilts it this way and that. Similarly, the believer is constantly afflicted with trials. And the example of a hypocrite is like a cedar tree — it does not bend until it is uprooted all at once."
الترجمة الأردية
اور اسی سند کے ساتھ روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ارشاد فرمایا:”بے شک آگ کی قناتیں چار موٹی دیواریں ہیں، ہر دیوار چالیس سال کی مسافت ہے۔“[مسند عبدالله بن مبارك/حدیث: 140]
