حَدَّثَنَابَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، عَنِابْنِ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ: أَنِيعَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّأَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ، حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَجَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَذْكُرُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" فِيمَا سَقَتِ الأَنْهَارُ وَالْعُيُونُ الْعُشْرُ، وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالسَّانِيَةِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ".
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) sent Mu'adh to Yemen and said: "You are going to a people of the Book. Call them to testify that there is no deity except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. If they obey you in that, tell them that Allah has obligated upon them five prayers in each day and night. If they obey in that, tell them that Allah has obligated upon them a charity taken from their wealthy and given to their poor."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: نہروں اور چشموں سے سیراب ہونے والی زراعت پر عشر (دسواں حصہ) اور رہٹ (کنواں) سے سیراب ہونے والی زراعت پر نصف عشر (بیسواں حصہ) زکاة واجب ہے۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الزكاة/حدیث: 347]
