أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْبَزَّارُ وَعَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَيْرُ أُمَّتِي الْقَرْنُ الَّذِي بُعِثْتُ فِيهِمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ» ثُمَّ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ أَذَكَرَ الثَّالِثَ أَمْ لَا «ثُمَّ يَنْشَأُ قَوْمٌ يَشْهَدُونَ وَلَا يُسْتَشْهَدُونَ وَيَنْذِرُونَ وَلَا يُوفُونَ وَيَخُونُونَ وَلَا يُؤْتَمَنُونَ وَيَفْشُو فِيهِمُ السِّمَنُ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ahmad ibn Ali ibn al-Muthanna informed us, Khalaf ibn Hisham al-Bazzar and Abd al-Wahid ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, Abu Awanah narrated to us from Qatadah from Zurarah ibn Awfa from Imran ibn Husayn who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The best of my ummah are the generation in which I was sent, then those who follow them" - then Allah knows best whether he mentioned the third or not - "Then there will arise people who will testify without being asked to testify, who will make vows but not fulfill them, who will be treacherous and not be trusted, and fatness will spread among them."
