أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا هَلَكَ كِسْرَى فَلَا كِسْرَى بَعْدَهُ وَإِذَا هَلَكَ قَيْصَرُ فَلَا قَيْصَرُ بَعْدَهُ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتُنْفَقَنَّ كُنُوزُهُمَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ﷻ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn al-Hasan ibn Qutaybah informed us, Ibn Abi al-Sariyy narrated to us, Sufyan ibn Uyaynah narrated to us from al-Zuhri from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib from Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "When Kisra (Khosrow) perishes, there will be no Kisra after him. And when Caesar perishes, there will be no Caesar after him. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, their treasures will certainly be spent in the cause of Allah, the Exalted."
