أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ اتَّخَذَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَلَبِسَهُ فِي يَمِينِهِ وَجَعَلَ فَصَّهُ مِمَّا يَلِي بَطْنَ كَفِّهِ ثُمَّ رَمَى بِهِ وَاتَّخَذَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Al-Hasan ibn Sufyan informed us, he said: Sahl ibn Uthman al-Askari narrated to us, he said: Uqba ibn Khalid narrated to us, from Ubaydullah ibn Umar, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ adopted a gold ring and wore it on his right hand, and made its stone facing the inside of his palm. Then he threw it away and adopted a silver ring.
