أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَوْنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ النَّوَافِلَ فِي كُلِّ وَجْهٍ وَلَكِنَّهُ يَخْفِضُ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ يُومِئُ إِيمَاءً»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Talhah ibn Ubaydullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: A man from the people of Najd came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) with disheveled hair. We could hear the sound of his voice but could not make out what he was saying until he came closer and was asking about Islam. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Five prayers during the day and night.' He said: 'Is there anything else upon me?' He said: 'No, unless you do it voluntarily. And fasting the month of Ramadan.' He said: 'Is there anything else upon me?' He said: 'No, unless you do it voluntarily.' And the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) mentioned zakah to him. He said: 'Is there anything else upon me?' He said: 'No, unless you do it voluntarily.' The man turned away saying: 'By Allah, I will not add to this nor decrease from it.' The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'He will succeed if he is truthful.'
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے فرمایا: میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ اپنی سواری پر نماز پڑھ رہے تھے، ہر سمت میں نفل نماز، لیکن آپ رکعت میں دو سجدے نیچے کرتے، اشارے سے۔
