أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ حَدَّثَنِي جَدِّي أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «رَحِمَ اللَّهُ امْرَأً صَلَّى قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ أَرْبَعًا»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was informed that I said: 'By Allah, I will fast during the day and stand in prayer at night as long as I live.' The Messenger of Allah said to me: 'Is it you who said this?' I said to him: 'I said it, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'You cannot do that. Fast and break your fast, pray and sleep. Fast three days of the month, for a good deed is worth ten like it, and that is like fasting the entire year.'
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ ﷺ وتر میں «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى» اور «قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ» اور «قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ» پڑھتے تھے۔
