أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْأَزْهَرِ وَالْمِسْوَرَ بْنَ مَخْرَمَةَ أَرْسَلُوهُ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ فَقَالُوا اقْرَأْ عَلَيْهَا السَّلَامَ مِنَّا جَمِيعًا وَسَلْهَا عَنِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ فَإِنَّا أُخْبِرْنَا أَنَّكِ تُصَلِّيهَا وَقَدْ بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْهَا قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَكُنْتُ أَضْرِبُ مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ كُرَيْبٌ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهَا وَبَلَّغْتُهَا مَا أَرْسَلُونِي بِهِ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Abbas, Abd al-Rahman bin al-Azhar, and al-Miswar bin Makhramah sent him to A'ishah and said: 'Convey our greetings to her from all of us and ask her about the two rak'ahs after Asr, for we have been informed that you pray them, and it has reached us that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade them.' Ibn Abbas said: 'I used to beat people along with Umar bin al-Khattab for them.' Kurayb said: So I entered upon her and conveyed to her what they sent me with to A'ishah.
