[Machine] I was sick, so the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم came to me while I was saying: "O Allah, if my time has come, then grant me ease. And if it is delayed, then raise me up. And if it is a test, then grant me patience." He asked, "What did you say?" So, I repeated it. The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "O Allah, cure him. O Allah, heal him." Then, he said, "Stand up." So, I stood up and I never experienced that pain again afterwards. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ الْقَاضِي ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ كَامِلٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ مَرِضْتُ فَأَتَى عَلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَنَا أَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ أَجَلِي قَدْ حَضَرَ فَأَرِحْنِي وَإِنْ كَانَ مُتَأَخِّرًا فَارْفَعْنِي وَإِنْ كَانَ الْبَلَاءُ فَصَبِّرْنِي فَقَالَ «مَا قُلْتَ؟» فَأَعَدْتُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اللَّهُمَّ اشْفِهِ اللَّهُمَّ عَافِهِ» ثُمَّ قَالَ «قُمْ» فَقُمْتُ فَمَا أَعَادَ لِي ذَلِكَ الْوَجَعُ بَعْدَهُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrated that a Companion said: 'I was sick, so the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) came to me while I was saying: O Allah, if my time has come, then grant me ease; and if it is delayed, then raise me up; and if it is a test, then grant me patience. He asked: What did you say? So I repeated it. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: O Allah, cure him. O Allah, heal him. Then he said: Stand up. So I stood up, and I never experienced that pain again afterwards.'
الترجمة الأردية
ایک صحابی سے مروی ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: میں بیمار تھا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم میرے پاس تشریف لائے جبکہ میں کہہ رہا تھا: اے اللہ! اگر میری اجل آ گئی ہے تو مجھے آسانی عطا فرما، اور اگر مؤخر ہے تو مجھے اٹھا دے، اور اگر آزمائش ہے تو مجھے صبر عطا فرما۔ آپ نے پوچھا: تو نے کیا کہا؟ تو میں نے دہرایا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اے اللہ! اسے شفا دے۔ اے اللہ! اسے تندرست کر دے۔ پھر فرمایا: کھڑے ہو جاؤ۔ تو میں کھڑا ہو گیا اور اس کے بعد مجھے پھر کبھی وہ تکلیف نہیں ہوئی۔
