أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ : عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ، وَعَنِ الصَّغِيرِ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ، وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ ". وَقَدْ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ أَيْضًا : " وَعَنْ الْمَعْتُوهِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ "
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Aisha (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated from the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: "The pen (of accountability) is lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he reaches puberty, and from the insane person until he regains his senses." Hammad also said: 'and from the mentally impaired until he regains his senses.'
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "تین لوگوں سے قلم اٹھا لیا گیا ہے: سونے والے سے جب تک بیدار نہ ہو، بچے سے جب تک بالغ نہ ہو، اور دیوانے سے جب تک عقل نہ آئے۔" حماد نے یہ بھی کہا: 'اور معتوہ سے جب تک عقل نہ آئے۔'
