حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ ، أَنَّ صَفِّيَةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيٍّ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، أَنَّهَا جَاءَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزُورُهُ فِي" اعْتِكَافِهِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، فَتَحَدَّثَتْ عِنْدَهُ سَاعَةً ثُمَّ قَامَتْ "
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Safiyyah bint Huyayy (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated that she came to visit the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) while he was in i'tikaf in the mosque during the last ten days of Ramadan. She spoke with him for a while, then stood up to leave. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stood up to see her off. When they reached the door of the mosque near the door of Umm Salamah, two men from the Ansar passed by and greeted the Prophet. He stated to them: "Take it easy! She is Safiyyah bint Huyayy." They said: "Glory be to Allah, O Messenger of Allah!" He stated: "Indeed, Satan flows through the human being as blood flows, and I feared that he might cast something into your hearts."
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت صفیہ بنت حیی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے ملنے آئیں جب آپ رمضان کے آخری عشرے میں مسجد میں اعتکاف میں تھے۔ وہ کچھ دیر بات کرتی رہیں پھر واپسی کے لیے کھڑی ہوئیں۔ آپ انہیں الوداع کرنے کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے۔ جب مسجد کے دروازے پر ام سلمہ کے دروازے کے قریب پہنچے تو انصار کے دو آدمی گزرے اور سلام کیا۔ آپ نے ان سے فرمایا: "ٹھہرو! یہ صفیہ بنت حیی ہیں۔" انہوں نے کہا: سبحان اللہ! یا رسول اللہ! آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: "بے شک شیطان انسان میں خون کی طرح دوڑتا ہے، اور مجھے ڈر ہوا کہ وہ تمہارے دلوں میں کوئی بات ڈال دے۔"
