Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I have been given five things that no prophet before me was given: (1) I was helped by awe (cast into the hearts of enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. (2) The entire earth has been made a place of prayer and a means of purification for me, so whenever the time of prayer comes for anyone of my ummah, he may pray wherever he is. (3) The spoils of war have been made lawful for me, whereas they were not lawful for anyone before me. (4) I have been granted intercession. (5) Every prophet was sent only to his own people, whereas I have been sent to all of mankind."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”مجھے پانچ چیزیں ایسی دی گئی ہیں جو مجھ سے پہلے کسی کو نہ دی گئی تھیں۔(1)۔ مجھے ایک مہینے کی مسافت پر رعب کے ذریعہ مدد دی گئی۔(2)پوری زمین میرے لیے مسجد بنا دی گئی اور پاک بنا دی گئی، پس میری امت میں سے جس شخص پر (جہاں بھی) نماز کا وقت ہو جائے اسے چاہیے کہ (اسی مقام پر) نماز پڑھ لے۔(3)۔ میرے لیے غنیمت کے مال حلال کر دیے گئے ہیں اور مجھ سے پہلے کسی (نبی) کے لیے حلال نہ کیے گئے تھے۔(4)مجھے شفاعت کی اجازت دی گئی۔(5)ہر نبی خاص اپنی قوم کی طرف مبعوث ہوتا تھا جبکہ میں تمام انسانوں کی طرف بھیجا گیا ہوں۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 224]
