الترجمة الإنجليزية
It is narrated from Abu Umama (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) finished eating, he would say, "Thanks to Allah, who fed us and gave us drink to our fill. We were not able to fully give this food its due, but we are not deniers of this bounty."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوامامہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہجب نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکھانا کھانے سے فارغ ہوتے تو فرماتے”اللہ کا شکر جس نے ہمیں پیٹ بھر کر کھلایا پلایا، ہم اس کھانے کا حق پوری طرح ادا نہ کر سکے ورنہ ہم اس نعمت کے منکر نہیں۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1909]
