Narrated Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, the conqueror of Persia (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade Uthman ibn Maz'un from renouncing marriage; had he allowed him, we would have castrated ourselves.

فاتح ایران سیدنا سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے تھے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے عثمان بن مظعون رضی اللہ عنہ کو ترک نکاح سے منع فرمایا: اگر آپ انھیں اجازت دے دیتے تو ہم خصی ہو جاتے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1829]
