حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الظُّهْرَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، فَقِيلَ صَلَّيْتَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ. فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed only two rak'at of the Zuhr prayer and then said the Salam. It was submitted: 'You have prayed only two rak'at.' So he prayed two more rak'at, then said the Salam, and then performed two prostrations of forgetfulness (Sajdah Sahw).
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ظہر کی دو رکعتیں پڑھ کر سلام پھیر دیا۔ عرض کیا گیا: آپ نے دو ہی رکعتیں پڑھی ہیں۔ تو آپ نے دو رکعتیں اور پڑھیں، پھر سلام پھیرا، پھر سجدۂ سہو کے دو سجدے کیے۔
