حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ عَنِ اللِّمَاسِ وَالنِّبَاذِ، وَأَنْ يَشْتَمِلَ الصَّمَّاءَ، وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It is narrated from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade two types of sale: al-limas (a sale concluded merely by the buyer touching the article, without proper examination) and al-nibadh (a sale concluded by the seller throwing the item towards the buyer without giving him opportunity to examine it), and he also forbade ishtimal al-samma' (wrapping oneself completely in a garment so one cannot take the hand out), and sitting in the ihtiba' posture in a single garment.
الترجمة الأردية
ہم سے قبیصہ بن عقبہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان ثوری رحمۃ اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ نے ابوالزناد سے بیان کیا، انہوں نے اعرج رحمۃ اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ سے، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے دو طرح کی بیع سے منع فرمایا: ایک لماس (چھونے کی بیع) اور دوسری نباذ (پھینکنے کی بیع) سے، اور اشتمال صماء سے (جس کا بیان پہلے گزر چکا) اور ایک کپڑے میں احتباء کر کے بیٹھنے سے بھی منع فرمایا۔
