حَدَّثَنا جابر بن الكردي فيما أعلم حَدَّثَنا عمرو بن عون حَدَّثَنا هشيم عن يونس عن مُحَمَّد عن محمد بن سيرين عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قال قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من اشترى مصراة فهو بالخيار أحد النظرين إن ردها رد معها صاعا لا سمراوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ يُونُسَ إلا هشيم اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من اشترى مصراة فهو بالخيار أحد النظرين إن ردها رد معها صاعا لا سمراوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ يُونُسَ إلا هشيم
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Jabir ibn al-Kurdi narrated to us, as I believe, Amr ibn Awn narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us from Yunus from Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Sirin from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever buys a musarrah [an animal whose milk has been retained to deceive the buyer], he has the option of two choices: if he returns it, he returns with it a sa' [measure] and not of the fine quality." And this hadith - we know of no one who narrated it from Yunus except Hushaym.
