وبإسناده عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قال قيل يا رسول الله ألا تدعو على المشركين قال إنما بعثت رحمة ولم أبعث عذاباوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمْهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ بهذا الإِسْنَاد قال قيل يا رسول الله ألا تدعو على المشركين قال إنما بعثت رحمة ولم أبعث عذاباوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمْهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ بهذا الإِسْنَاد
الترجمة الإنجليزية
With the same chain from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, will you not supplicate against the polytheists?' He said: "I was only sent as a mercy, and I was not sent as a punishment." This hadith is not known to be narrated with this wording except from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) with this chain.
