حَدَّثَنا عمرو بن علي حَدَّثَنا أبو داود حَدَّثَنا عمران القطان عن قتادة عن أبي ميمونة عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ليلة القدر ليلة سابعة أو تاسعة وعشرين وإن الملائكة تلك الليالي في الأرض أكثر من عدد الحصىولا نعلم روى قتادة عن أبي ميمونة عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا هذين الحديثين ولا نعلم لهما طريقا عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا هذا الطريق الذي ذكرنا اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ليلة القدر ليلة سابعة أو تاسعة وعشرين وإن الملائكة تلك الليالي في الأرض أكثر من عدد الحصىولا نعلم روى قتادة عن أبي ميمونة عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا هذين الحديثين ولا نعلم لهما طريقا عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا هذا الطريق الذي ذكرنا

Ibrahim ibn Nasr narrated to us, Musa ibn Isma'il narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us from Qatadah from al-Hasan from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who stated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "The one who is sent back to [make the funeral prayer] has no choice [but to pray it]." And from Hammad ibn Salamah from al-Jurayri from Abu Uthman from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "The one who prays over the deceased at the mosque has nothing [of reward], and the one who follows it until it is buried has the reward of two qirats."
