حَدَّثَنا إبراهيم بن عَبْد الله أبو شيبة حدثنا خالد بن الطبيب حدثنا كامل بن العلاء عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى الْقَتَّاتِ عَنْ مُجاهد عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إذا زنت أمة أحدكم فليجلدها ثم إن زنت فليجلدها ثم إن زنت في الثالثة أو الرابعة فليبعها ولو بضفيروهذا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن مُجاهد عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا أبو يحيى القتات ولا عن أبي يحيى إلا كامل وقد روي عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ من وجوه
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibrahim ibn Abdullah Abu Shaibah narrated to us, Khalid ibn al-Tabib narrated to us, Kamil ibn al-Ala' narrated to us, from Abu Yahya al-Qattat, from Mujahid, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «If the slave-girl of one of you commits fornication, let him flog her. Then if she commits fornication again, let him flog her. Then if she commits fornication the third or fourth time, let him sell her, even for a braided rope.» This hadith — we do not know that anyone narrated it from Mujahid from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) except Abu Yahya al-Qattat, and no one narrated it from Abu Yahya except Kamil. It has been narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) through other routes.
