حدثنا يحيى بن معلى بن منصور حدثنا محمد بن الصلت حدثنا حبان بن علي عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صالحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أنه قال تقاتلون قوما عراض الوجوه صغار الأعين كأن وجوههم المجان المطرقة وكأن أعينهم حدق الجراد ينتعلون الشعر ويتخذون الدرق يربطون خيولهم بالنخلوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صالحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلاَّ حبان بن علي
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Mu'alla ibn Mansur narrated to us, Muhammad ibn al-Salt narrated to us, Habban ibn Ali narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «You will fight a people with broad faces and small eyes, as if their faces were hammered shields, and as if their eyes were the pupils of locusts. They wear shoes made of hair, carry shields, and tie their horses to palm trees.» This hadith — we do not know that anyone narrated it from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) except Habban ibn Ali.
