حَدَّثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ قَال حَدَّثنا خالد بن مخلد قَال حَدَّثنا سُلَيْمان بن بلال عن عَبد الله بن دينار عَن أبي صالح عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال الرحم شجنة من وصلها وصله الله وَمَنْ قطعها قطعه أو قطعه الله اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال الرحم شجنة من وصلها وصله الله وَمَنْ قطعها قطعه أو قطعه الله

Ahmad ibn Uthman ibn Hakim narrated to us, he said: Khalid ibn Makhlad narrated to us, he said: Sulaiman ibn Bilal narrated to us from Abdullah ibn Dinar from Abu Salih from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: The womb (kinship) is a branch — whoever maintains it, Allah maintains connection with him, and whoever severs it, Allah severs connection with him — or he said: Allah severs connection with him.
