حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بْنُ بَشَّار قَال حَدَّثنا المؤمل بن إسماعيل قَال حَدَّثنا سُفيان عَن سَعْد بن إبراهيم عن عُمَر بن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أَبِيه عَن أبي هُرَيرة أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم نَهَى عن المحاقلة والمزابنة والمزابنة بيع النخل بالتمر والمحاقلة بيع البر بالزرع عَلَيه وَسَلَّم نَهَى عن المحاقلة والمزابنة والمزابنة بيع النخل بالتمر والمحاقلة بيع البر بالزرع
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us, he said: al-Mu'ammal ibn Isma'il narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us from Sa'd ibn Ibrahim from Umar ibn Abi Salamah from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade muhaqalah and muzabanah. Muzabanah is the sale of palm trees for dates, and muhaqalah is the sale of wheat for standing crops.
