حَدَّثنا العباس بن الوليد قَال حَدَّثنا يحيى بن سَعِيد قَال حَدَّثنا ابن أبي ذِئب عَن صالح مولى التوأمة عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال قولوا لمن أنشد ضالة في المسجد لا وجدت اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال قولوا لمن أنشد ضالة في المسجد لا وجدت

Al-Abbas ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from Salih, the freed slave of at-Taw'amah, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Say to the one who announces a lost item in the mosque: 'May you not find it.'»
